TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
1.1. Whilst participating, all guests must comply with rules given to them by the hosts. Any persons not complying with these rules will be removed from their session, without refund.
1.2 The Rage Room at the moment is for over 18s only. We are working on a younger generation based time to Smash. We will update our website and social media accordingly.
1.3 All bookings are conditional upon each participant signing a waiver upon arrival. Should participants refuse to sign the waiver, they will not be allowed to participate but will still be charged.
1.4. We reserve the right to refuse participation of guests who behave in a manner which they deem likely to affect the enjoyment of other visitors. Additionally, participation can be refused to guests who uses threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour to other guests or members of staff, or to guests who do not follow written or verbal instructions or behave in a manner that may risk the health and safety of themselves, other visitors or members of staff. Where the guest is part of a group we reserve the right to remove the whole group from the session in addition to the individual involved. In any of these such circumstances, no refund or rebooking period will be given.
1.5. The consumption of alcohol is not allowed during participation. Any guests who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or other substances will be refused participation.
1.6. Disabled guests or those assisting disabled guests should make their visit known to us prior to their visit. Where possible, we will endeavour to make the reasonable modifications, in order for everyone to participate. We may not be able to accommodate all visitors due to the nature of the activities or due to restrictions within the building.
1.7. All participants accept liability for themselves whilst taking part in any activity with us and understand that a visit to us is at their own risk. We accept no responsibility for any liability, harm, injury or death, cost or expense whatsoever that may arise, directly or indirectly, from attending, or participating in, any Rage Room activity.
1.8. We accept no responsibility for any personal property whilst at the venue howsoever caused.
1.9. We reserves the right to amend or alter the terms of participation at any time without reason or prior notice.
1.10. It is the responsibility of the individual who makes the booking to make everyone in their party aware of these Terms & Conditions - it is not the responsibility of Rage Room Haverhill to do so.
SESSION RULES
2.1. Failure to adhere to the rules of the activity will result in forfeit the session for the whole team without refund.
2.2. All instructions from the hosts must be listened to and obeyed at all times.
2.3. At no point should you attempt to take photographs, or use your mobile phone to access the internet within one of our session rooms whether during the activity our not.
2.4. For your safety, CCTV will be used to supervise the activities. CCTV where used is not optional and images may be recorded throughout and remain the property of Rage Room Haverhill.
2.5. At no point are you to use force to remove or handle any of the items in a session, during an activity or whilst on site. Approprite care must be taken of props, materials and any fixtures and fittings, nor may anything be removed from the venue. It individual making the booking agrees to pay reasonable costs of repair or replacement for any damage or loss caused by inappropriate or thoughtless behaviour by any person within their group.
CONDITIONS OF SALE
3.1. All payments must be made in full before the event. Failure to pay will mean no team member is allowed to attend and play.
3.2. Bookings are non-transferable for any reason once booked.
3.3. Bookings are non-refundable for any reason and mistakes cannot be rectified.
3.4. Your booking remains the property of Rage Room Haverhill and can be revoked at any point, and for any reason. It cannot be resold.
3.5. Once a booking is made it cannot be cancelled or refunded. We can reschedule individual bookings, but require a minimum of 24 hours notice. For group bookings (4+ people) a period of 7 days calendar notice must be adhered to.
3.6. The Management cannot be held responsible for any bookings which are lost or stolen. We reserve the right to cancel bookings that it reasonably suspects to have been made fraudulently.
3.7. If a booking is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than Rage Room Haverhill, or one of their authorised sub-agents, it may be voided and the holder refused entry to, or ejected from the venue.
3.8. Where a deposit is taken to secure a booking, it is non-refundable.
3.9. We may, at short notice, change the operating hours of sessions due to unforeseen circumstances or technical issues.
3.10. If a booking is cancelled or rescheduled, we will use reasonable endeavours to contact the individual who made the booking and notify them before the the event, though we cannot guarantee that this will be the case. Thus, it is the responsibility of the individual who made the booking to ascertain whether their booking has been cancelled or rearranged - details of any booking amendments will be clearly stated clearly on our Facebook page and/or website.
3.11. As we timetable appointments with a constant flow of visitors, if you arrive late you run the risk of your session being shortened with less minutes available to participate. As such, we strongly advise arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled time. Where possible we will always try to accommodate though this isn't always an option, and those arriving late understand and accept that they may not be able to participate but will still be charged.
3.12. Terms and Conditions are applicable for all bookings at Rage Room Haverhill, including those purchased via the website, in person, via email, through any messaging service or over the telephone.
3.13. The individual who makes the booking agrees (on behalf their entire party) and understands that there is inherent risk involved with attending any event, and The Rage Room Haverhill is no exception. As such, the individual who makes the booking voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers associated with participation. In consideration and acceptance of entrance, the individual who makes the booking agrees to release Rage Room Haverhill, its parent corporations, affiliates, directors, employees, and landlord from any liability, harm, injury or death, cost or expense whatsoever that may arise, directly or indirectly, from attending the Rage Room.
3.14. Your e-mail address may be used for promotional e-mails from Rage Room Haverhill. You can be removed from this mailing list at any time by emailing the company.
